By using Core48aii, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Continued use of the Application constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates as permitted herein.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Application, website, or email where appropriate. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Core48aii is a desktop software application featuring a proprietary 48-pad spatial interface and “Aii” workflows designed for productivity, organization, writing workflows, and structured prompting.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Missouri unless otherwise required by law.

The following sections survive termination and continue to apply indefinitely: intellectual property, acceptable use, prohibited conduct, data responsibility, AI output disclaimers, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and class action waiver.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
When using in-app AI features, user inputs may be processed through external AI service providers to generate responses.
These features are optional and user-initiated.
You may stop using the Application at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Application immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to violations of the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct provisions, misuse the Application, engage in subscription abuse, attempt to compromise the Application or it's intellectual property, or if termination is required by law.
The Application also includes features such as AI output history, reusable input timelines, local context cards,
and user profile settings that help guide AI behavior across sessions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collaborative Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Application, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features over time. Where required by law or where a change materially affects paid access, we will provide notice through the Application, our website, or email.
The Company may offer an optional affiliate program that allows approved participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions for referring new customers to Core48aii.
Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with these Terms, any applicable affiliate guidelines, and the policies of our billing provider.
Affiliate tracking, commission calculations, payouts, tax handling, and related administration are managed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. The Company does not directly calculate or distribute affiliate payments.
At launch, the Company intends to offer commissions of up to thirty percent (30%) of qualifying subscription revenue, including recurring subscription payments, subject to program rules and eligibility requirements.
Affiliate commissions are not guaranteed to continue indefinitely. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program, adjust commission rates, alter qualification rules, or discontinue recurring commissions at any time, including in the event of acquisition, merger, restructuring, or change of ownership.
Abuse, fraud, misrepresentation, self-referrals, or violation of affiliate policies may result in immediate removal from the affiliate program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and termination of Application access.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

At this time, Core48aii does not require you to create an online account or password to use the Application.
If account-based features are introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated and the required information will be disclosed before those features are enabled.

You may cancel your subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or as otherwise described in the Application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Core48aii and all related software, interface structure, workflows, logic, architecture, branding, documentation, and proprietary methodologies are owned exclusively by Collaborative Ventures LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property and trade secret laws.
The Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of attorneys’ fees, for any misuse, misappropriation, infringement, or activity that compromises the Application, it's intellectual property, or the Core48aii brand.
Except where expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to extract source code, or otherwise derive or recreate any portion of the Application or its underlying systems.
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application solely for your own personal use or internal business use by the individual subscriber.
This license does not convey ownership of the Application or any intellectual property therein. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
Each paid subscription permits installation and use of the Application on up to three (3) personal devices owned or controlled by you. All usage must be by the same individual subscriber. Multi-device access does not permit use by multiple people.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company, you may not:

Core48aii includes optional in-app AI functionality (“Ava”), which may be subject to usage limits, rate limits, or other restrictions designed to maintain system performance, reliability, and cost control.
These limits may include, but are not limited to, restrictions on the number of AI runs, request frequency, input size, output size, or total usage within a given time period. Limits may vary by subscription plan, trial status, or system conditions.
The Company reserves the right to modify, enforce, or update these limits at any time, with or without prior notice, including to prevent abuse, ensure fair usage, or maintain service availability.
If usage limits are reached, certain AI features may become temporarily unavailable until limits reset or additional access is granted.

These features are optional and only activated through your direct actions within the Application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application will be brought on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
